She never pushed, never preached, just walked with me, listened, and loved me in a way that slowly cracked something open. Now as a senior in college, I'm grounded in my faith, surrounded by life-giving community, and living from a sense of identity I never imagined back then."

Meet your Coach
About HEATHER
Here's a bit about my story: I'm a mom to two Gen Z kids - one is a D1 college athlete who is academically wired and the other is on the autism spectrum with ADHD, anxiety, and learning differences. They couldn't be more different, but parenting them has shaped me. It's taught me that God is in the details- and He's been at work in the winding path that's brought you here today. Prayer works. Tenacity matters. You were made for hard things. And, it's going to be ok.

I love being a coach and helping you figure it out! My top 5 CliftonStrengths are Strategic, Connectedness, Learner, Activator, and Empathy. I’m wired to help you move forward with clarity and purpose. I notice patterns quickly, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and absolutely delight in helping you find the next right step. I bring curiosity and a deep love of growth into every conversation, always listening for what’s possible. I create space where you feel seen and understood- and love to gently call you toward action. I believe every season carries meaning, and I delight in helping you find purpose and hope in the midst of change or uncertainty.
I'm both Canadian and American, and carry an enduring love for the global Church. I've been a high school English teacher, a college faculty member serving refugees, and a corporate project manager. I hold an M.Ed. I've sat on Young Life boards, local church boards, and hold a deep love for prayer.
I've seen God move. I've walked through long, dark nights of the soul. And I believe, more than ever, in what He's doing in you.
