Jeff Okerman, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Dr. Okerman has been working as a physical therapist with Riviera Sports Physical Therapy since 2007. Jeff has both a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (Temple University, January 2012) and a Master's of Physical Therapy (California State University Northridge, May 2007). Jeff also earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science from Cal State Northridge in May 2004. In January of 2007, he earned the designation of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NCSA Certification Committee. And, most recently, Jeff became a Board Certification Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in May of 2014. As a believer in life-long learning and keeping current, Jeff regularly participates in continuing education. He has taken courses in management of the spine, hip, knee, shoulder and tendon pathologies. Most recently, Jeff completed an independent study course through the American Physical Therapy Association titled "Current Concepts of Orthopedic Physical Therapy." When treating patients, Jeff will combine his clinical expertise, experience, best evidence and patient values in order to achieve successful outcomes. As a former collegiate Division 1 soccer player, Jeff knows what it takes to "get back out on the field."

Kimberly Ward, MS RD

Certified Fitness Trainer. Kim’s goal is to combine her nutritional knowledge with her personal training skills to provide clients with an overall healthy lifestyle and move away from rigid dieting rules. Helping and observing her clients obtain their personal health and lifestyle goals are what she enjoys most. Her vision is a community that lives longer, healthier lives with less health complications; like diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease and other chronic diseases. It is her hope that individuals will care about their inner health as much as their outer beauty.

Carol Hahn, MSN, RN, RYT, CPT

Carol Hahn is a Registered Nurse with 30 years of healthcare experience ranging from hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home care, and the local community. She teaches in University nursing programs, presents health and wellness information to community groups and has worked with the Alzheimer’s Association. Carol received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Virginia and her Master of Science in Nursing with a clinical focus in Gerontology from California State University Dominguez Hills. Carol is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Personal Trainer. She loves helping people learn about health and wellness and ultimately increasing quality of life.

Tsgoyna Tanzman, MA, CCC SLP

As a speech pathologist and life coach for over 20 years, Tsgoyna has helped thousands of clients transition through serious health crises to the next stage of their lives. Having worked in the health care industry with physicians, therapists, case managers, patients and families, she is an expert on team and individual interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, active listening and the subtleties of non-verbal communication. Tsgoyna specializes in working with clients on goal identification, time/life management skills, transformational vocabulary, and reframing obstacles for creative problem solving. With a clear focus on outcome and measurable progress she is passionate about inspiring clients to maximize their strengths and live up to their leadership potential.

Frank Croasdale, PT, DPT

Dr. Croasdale earned his Doctorate Degree from Temple University in 2012, Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from USC in 1990 and Bachelor's Degree from SDSU with an emphasis in Athletic Training in 1988. Frank has completed extensive continuing education in spine rehabilitation, joint replacement, rotator cuff/shoulder rehabilitation as well as ACL and sports rehabilitation. Additional training includes orthotic fabrication as well as Kinesio, McConnell and Athletic taping.
Over the years Frank himself has had many injuries which contribute to the empathy that he shares with each patient. He combines both experience and expertise of his extensive educational background in approaching each patient’s rehabilitation.
Having practiced physical therapy in the South Bay since 1991, Frank recognized the need for increased time delivering one-on-one, customized patient care. Because of this need, he opened the doors to Riviera Sports Physical Therapy in 2002 to offer physical therapy treatment centered on personalized Recovery, visible Results and quick Return to daily activities. Frank and his staff will do everything they can to provide the highest level of quality care using advanced physical therapy techniques in a professional setting to help you return to the activities you love to do.

Ryann Koufoudakis, MS

Ryann has been an advocate for health and wellness for over 11 years. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky. Following her education she became a certified K-12 teacher and taught Health and Physical Education for 4 years at two National Blue Ribbon Schools. Ryann's passion to help individuals adopt and sustain healthy lifestyles brought her into the corporate wellness field. She currently helps employers implement effective corporate wellness programs and strategies for their employees. Ryann is also an active certified group fitness instructor; with specialized trainings in Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, and Barre.

Michelle Croasdale, Founder, CWC

Over a span of 20 years, Michelle was fortunate enough to have worked for one of the top pharmaceutical companies in the world, Pfizer, Inc., as an executive leader AND also had the opportunity to start up a small, family owned business with her husband – a private physical therapy practice. She has led and coached teams of up to 100 employees managing $1B in sales, collaborated closely with C-level executives, marketing teams, healthcare insurance companies, clinicians, hospitals & integrated healthcare systems, government lobbyists, and more. Regardless of the people she interacted with, the position she held or the company she worked at, there was always one common theme- she was truly passionate about helping others achieve their goals, particularly health and wellness. Michelle became a spokesperson for a company wide initiative, “Women in Sales Leadership” to bring greater awareness of the career opportunities that existed within Pfizer for top talented women. Her pinnacle achievement was receiving the “National Hispanic Corporate Achiever Award” which allowed major corporations such as FedEx, GE, Colgate Palmolive, Lucent, Xerox, Bell, Citibank & others to gather and recognize the accomplishments of their top employees of Hispanic descent. Her experience working in the small and large corporate business environment coupled with her passion around health and wellness, provided her with the perfect platform to start her health and wellness business “LAUNCH!”
