Cancellation and Refund Policy

At LAUNCH! we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Please let us know if you need to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time of your session. A no show is considered an appointment and unfortunately we will need to deduct one full session from your package, if that occurs. If you are not satisfied with your coach, we will do everything we can to ensure we identify another expert to connect with. After a second effort, if you are still not happy with our expert, we will refund the remainder of your unused package.
